Description

Since imageshack is being retarded, I uploaded this WIP as a screenshot. Yes, I finally finished his feet and I'm going to do something with "Pieces" which has been in my scraps for months. >_>

I plan to color this and maybe come up with a decent background for once. <_<

Hmmm...going through your art and adding comments~
Alrighty, a few things immediately noticeable: Both hands are very unnatural! Especially the wrist and hand area, that part needs some work. His left hand is more obvious, and it resembles a balled-blob (excuse the bluntness XD). Even with long sleeves, the wrist part is pretty thin, especially viewed from the side (take bleach for example, although KT draws hands a bit too bony to my liking).

The second thing wrong with the same hand is that I you drew another right hand on there. That's a pinky showing, and if you try to mimic that pose (just that hand), you'd have to twist your arm 180...yet the fingers are curving outwards in the picture(knuckles away from the viewer), which isn't the case in the RL-pose-imitation (knuckles facing forward, towards the would-be viewer). That's gotta be fixed =P, and maybe you could take a picture of your hand for reference.

The third thing is his right hand, which is lacking a thumb, which should peek out just above the sheath but mostly obscured by the guard.

Seeing how he's holding a zanpakutou and the angle of it, I think the sword's relatively held left-to-right (can't find the right words for it); that is, very little foreshortening (since the fingers are clearly visible). Therefore, unless that's a very short sword, a katana would be around four feet long (three foot blade roughly), and would be much longer than the sword you drew.

Fifth, your ears are a bit too high...

And sixth, unless that cloth is pretty 'hard' (or rigid) material, you'd get some folds where it meets the sholder and that sorta stuff. Or maybe, it sticks out too wide, I think it seems unnatural.

Hope that helps a bit
